If you are a tenant

Call us. It costs you nothing and we will tell you what it sounds like — quite often it is something you can check yourself in two minutes.

What we cannot do is carry out work on somebody else's building without their authority. So the next step is either that you pass on what we told you, or that we contact your landlord directly with your permission. Either way you will know more than you did.

If somebody has no heating or no cooling at all

Call rather than filling this in, and say so in the first sentence. A building with nothing at all and a person living in it goes to the front of the day — whoever owns it, and whether or not they are the one ringing.

If you own more than one unit

Say how many in the message. We will set the arrangement up properly on the first call — who schedules, who authorises spend and up to what figure, who receives the written findings — and then you never have to negotiate it again.
